So here we are again....another boring Sunday!!
It all started at 5.30am yesterday....I was in the office working on two Disaster Recovery tests until 2pm. After those were done...I went straight back home to get some shut eyes until 7pm. At 9pm I worked on another task - SMTP Hardening until 12am.

Tonight is the final of EURO 2008. The match that will see Germany against Spain. I know that this match gonna suck because ITALY is the best team!!!!

- Broken my left collarbone on May 15th (9.40pm) & given 20 days medical leave
- Changed sport rims & rear tyre of my bike (burnt M470 from my wallet)
- 135LC Club convoi to Terengganu (didn't go since still on medical leave)

June '08
- Back in the office on June 16th

Last night ExxonMobil IT dinner was a blast!! Damn this company rocks!!!!! The food was great the party ended with a disco-like celebration & all people got their things down at the dance floor...I'll get pictures from the party posted in a few days.

The end of unemployment...

Alhamdulillah. After a year of searching for jobs high and low now I'm an employee at ExxonMobil KL....hopefully things will work out just fine.
I couldn't get into MySpace @ Y!M often as the access to internet is restricted.

Linksys WRT54G + Aztech DSL 906EU (streamyx)

So I bought a Linksys wireless router a few months back & took about a week to figure (and configure) things out. I took the liberty of not asking pro's about this. But these settings work just fine (for streamyx user of course).

1) Turn off the wireless router.
2) Connect to Aztech modem (and brick it).
2.1) Go to 192.168.1.1
2.2) Delete all connections, disable NAT, disable DHCP, disable DNS, etc.
2.3) Go to WAN connection
2.3.1) Create a new service
---> RFC 1483 (ethernet termination)
- VCi: 35
- VPi: 0
- LLC enable
3) Save all changes made.
4) Turn on wireless router.
5) Set internet connection type to PPPoE
-> router IP: 192.168.1.1
-> DHCP enable: DNS 1 = 202.188.0.133
DNS 2 = 202.188.1.5
6) Go to advanced routing
-> Operating mode: Gateway
Destination LAN IP: 192.168.2.1
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.1.1
Interface: LAN & Wireless
7) Restart the wireless router (unplug & replug the power cable).

To dual boot Linux and other operating systems (on two different harddisk).
Example: (Primary) harddisk 0 = Linux Fedora Core 5
(Secondary) harddisk 1 = Windows XP Pro.

1) Open /boot/grub/grub.conf
2) Edit

title Windows XP
map (hd0) (hd1)
map (hd1) (hd0)
rootnoverify (hd1,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1
boot

3) Restart the computer

Today is so boring, I just turn on the computer all day to torrent the "Snakes On A Plane" movie and out of the blue I heard a voice telling me to create a blog and Walla!!! Here it is....my first post.
